Sliwjak's visit was initiated by the Forum for the Environment and Fair Development (Fuge), Amnesty International, the citizens' initiative for environmental protection in Hamm and the adult education center. It was not the first visit to Hamm for Sliwjak, who comes from Kaliningrad.
