In our appeal for donations for the lawsuit against the fuel element exports, we recently pointed it out: The VGH in principle deprives us citizens of any individual legal protection based on the Atomic Energy Act. In the justification, the court is based on the beginnings of the Atomic Energy Act 1958 - Chernobyl and Fukushima do not take place, the nuclear power insecurity of Doel is ignored. There was also no decision on the legality of the export license (neither on representative actions). And the defendant Federal Office did not defend itself in principle. All in all, this is extremely sobering for 2020. The Frankfurt Administrative Court was much further ahead in its detailed opinion in October ...
